The visual effect of Dance inspires emotion and helps to reduce Stress, relief of stress is key since it is the root of many chronic illness.

DANCE THERAPY FOR OBESITY AND PHYSICAL FITNESS:

           The simplest and gentle movement or mudras exercise several nerves in the body which in turn helps the metabolism while normal walking, jogging and other exercises lead the exertion and a longer metabolism time.
