OBJECT
The whole idea of Dance Therapy is to help Diabetics enjoy the benefits without exerting their bodies. Diabetic have a chronic problem of reduced blood circulation to the
feet, causes gangrin, the dance steps could regulate blood
flow. Diabetic are prone to swelling of body parts and loss of vision in the advanced
stages Dance therapy could do a lot to upkeep body and bring down the level of sugar.
METHOD
Tatkar (Foot work of Kathak, movements ) and Bharathanattyam adavus increased blood flow to soles of the feet thus benefiting the diabetic particularly.

4. use loose fittings,
5. not advised to take dance therapy by CHRONIC PATIENTS
CONCLUSION:
A programme of regular dance for 20 minutes can make you feel better look better and live
better everyday, is more energetic and less
lethargic. Dance therapy is a part of diabetes
care in addition to diet and medicine.
